1. Membership

• All memberships are personal and non-transferable.

• Members must be at least 16 years old (under 18s require parent/guardian consent).

• Membership fees must be paid in advance by direct debit, card, or other approved payment method.

• Membership will automatically renew unless cancelled as outlined in section 3.

2. Access & Facilities

• Members must check in using the app or at reception on arrival.

• The gym reserves the right to refuse entry if fees are unpaid or rules are breached.

• Opening hours and class schedules may change; notice will be given where possible.

• Lockers are not provided. Valuables are left unattended at your own risk; any items left overnight may be removed and disposed.

3. Cancellation, Freeze & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, your next scheduled payment may be your final payment, after which your membership will end.

• Memberships can be frozen for up to 4 weeks per calendar year. A minimum of 10 days must be taken per freeze request.

• Founders Memberships may include additional or different freeze/cancellation options as outlined at the time of purchase.

• No refunds are provided for unused classes or membership periods unless legally required.

4. Classes & Personal Training

• Class bookings must be made via the app or reception.

• If you cancel a class with less than 4 hours’ notice, a €5 late cancellation fee will apply.

• If you do not show up for a booked class without cancelling, a €10 no-show fee will apply.

• Personal Training sessions must be paid in advance and require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation, otherwise the session is forfeited.

5. Health & Safety

• Members must complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before training.

• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they are fit and able to participate.

• The gym is not liable for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instruction.

• Members must wear appropriate gym attire and footwear.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respect staff, equipment, and other members at all times.

• Equipment must be wiped down after use and weights returned.

• Aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will result in suspension or termination of membership.

• No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are permitted on the premises.

7. Liability

• New Levl Gym is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Members train at their own risk; the gym accepts no liability for injury except where caused by negligence.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data is collected and stored in line with GDPR.

• Member information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

9. Changes to Terms

• New Levl Gym reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the app.
